Hi Everyone,
Don’t allow setbacks to set you back…
Do you feel like your life is spinning around and you don’t know when it’s going to stop? You’re definitely not alone.
I can assure you that the spinning will slow down and stop, but then we’ll find ourselves in a different place in life, so different from any other. You may find yourself wobbling through this paradigm shift, and then eventually find yourself adapting to a new normal.
Be the architect of your emotions and your life. The world as it was is now different from the world we’re entering into. It’s requiring us to grow, and it doesn’t care if we’re ready for it or not.
Now is the time for each of us to step-up and become a better version of our self. Maya Angelou once said, "Hope and fear can’t occupy the same space." Therefore, ask yourself: Which one are you going to invite to stay?

I've been thinking about our MIOH family, and hope that you're all doing well, staying at home, enjoying this rare gift of time, and learning to reconnect with yourself and your loved ones.
Please remember to take good care of yourself. Continue to create rituals in your day, do your best to find something to smile about, exercise, meditate, learn something new, and dance as if no one is watching. You will be glad you did!
We each have a distinct and important role to play these days; the world is calling us to show up as our best selves.
