Look Better in Photos:

Coffee’s Many Uses:
Odor Neutralizer: Ground coffee absorbs moisture and replaces offending odors with the smell of coffee. Hang a cheesecloth pouch filled with cooled used coffee grounds in the cabinet where garbage is kept.
Stress Buster: Inhaling the scent of roasted coffee beans eases stress and produces a natural relaxation response.
Skin Exfoliant: Mix one cup of ground coffee, one-half cup of sugar and one-half tablespoon of jojoba or coconut oil. Apply the mixture to your body and gently rub in a circular motion. Rinse and pat dry. (Health.com)

Being kind and humane never goes out of style. Five years after his death, stories are still emerging about the loving and kind-hearted Robin Williams.
Many actors and entertainers have personal requests before they perform or agree to a contract. Robin’s only request from companies that hired him was for them to hire a certain number of homeless people as well. His mission was to help others by providing opportunities.

Robin Williams will always be cherished as a person who truly cared for others and tried to make the world a better place.
Through laughter and tears, he gifted us with his great depth and kindness. Let’s all carry forward his legacy by extending ourselves to others and making 2020 a better place.

Learn how to enhance your vibrational energy to boost productivity and wellness while serving authentically from your heart. If you want to create more peace, and impact your life and the lives of others, honing in on your vibrational energy is the perfect place to start.
Our energy levels determine how we view our day-to-day tasks, routines, and schedule. When our energy is high, we feel vibrant, open, like we can take on any project or task! Yet when our energy is low, we feel tired, scattered, and overwhelmed.
Our productivity is a direct reflection of our energy level and self-care practice. Taking time to create, move, breathe, and do the daily mindset work brings balance and clarity to our lives. It’s a balance that keeps us clear. Clarity creates space. And space creates time for inspiration and wisdom to come
through.
Olivia and Matt share their inspiration, love, and music with the San Diego yoga community in Balboa Park every Sunday at 11am and by appointment at their healing space, The Om Experience in Little Italy. They look forward to meeting you and co-creating this experience of healing together. They will also lead you in an experiential meditation of a Light & Sound Bath.
