Did You Know?
Crowd Control:
Big Crowds can be dangerous, even resulting in deadly stampedes…Here’s what you can do to protect yourself and loved ones when you have to be in a crowded area:
1) Pick a side—Never be in the middle of a crowd, even at a concert or sports event. Sit or stand to one side so that you can move away quickly.
2) Don’t be curious—If you see a crowd gathering, walk the other way as fast as you can. Spontaneous crowds are a major danger outside the US and also can be a big domestic risk. If you feel that security forces are not doing their job in any crowded area, including sports stadiums and at parades, leave immediately—it’s not worth risking your safety to see the event.
3) Do your homework—Never go anywhere that has only one entrance and exit.
4) Know where exits are at all times—Look around and memorize the exact location of several exits.

"You’re braver than you believe and stronger than you seem and smarter than you think." ~ Christopher Robbins to Winnie the Pooh
"If you concentrate on finding whatever is good in every situation, you will discover that your life will suddenly be filled with gratitude, a feeling that nurtures the soul." ~ Rabbi Harold Kushner
"You don’t need to be perfect to inspire others. Let people be inspired by how you deal with your imperfections." ~ Wilson Kanadi
There are lots of ways to achieve your goals. The path doesn’t always have to be straight to get there.
Testimonials
"My internship with the Motivational institute of Hypnotherapy was a wonderful and satisfying experience. I never realized the astounding possibilities this program would offer me, having the opportunity to utilize my skills through hands on experience with clients. In the beginning, I was scared and felt somewhat inadequate, but working with supportive instructors and being in a real office environment helped me feel more secure. The course structure was similar to having our own practice. The clients who came in to see us were there because they needed some guidance and support, and we were there helping them to achieve their goals. When I realized the guidance I presented resonated within the clients, like a light switch flicked on, it was an exhilaratingly profound and powerful experience. I’m very grateful for all the expertise, insights and knowledge our instructors shared with all of us. I feel very satisfied and fulfilled with the experiences I encountered and the challenges I overcame thanks to the leadership provided by the Motivational Institute of Hypnotherapy." ~ T. Ellis
