Yogurt May Reduce Heart Disease Risk: Eating yogurt may reduce heart disease in people with high blood pressure. Men who ate at least two servings of yogurt each week had a 21% lower risk of heart attack or stroke. Risk was cut by 17% for women. The reason is unknown, but probiotics from fermentation in yogurt production may play a role. (Lynn L. Moore, DSc, MPH, Direction of nutrition and metabolism at Boston University School of Medicine.)
Sleep Better with Honey: Research shows that honey increases the activity of serotonin, a 'calming' neurotransmitter in the brain. This natural sweetener can help you get more of the sleep you need. Take up to one teaspoon 45 minutes to one hour before bed.
Honey Helps Heal
Burns: Any honey works. A study of more than 900 people found that a dab of honey was more effective than some standard dressings at helping minor burns heal more quickly. Cover with gauze, and change the bandage daily.
Save on Plane Tickets: Incognito or private browsing mode tells your web browser that you don't want sites to track and remember your visits. Travel sites will track your visits and increase the prices that you see on each return site visit to create a sense of urgency. They can't do this if they don't know who is visiting, which is what incognito mode does. To search incognito on Google Chrome, go to the menu, choose "File," then "New Incognito Window." (For the updated version, go to the menu and see the New Incognito Window.) It’s best to shop in the afternoon when prices are typically better than first thing in the morning.

Hi Everyone,
Never allow the pain of your past to speak louder than the promise of your future…Take your past out of your future.
Do you ever feel stuck or notice that the harder you try to do something, the less you do? Well, you’re not alone. Every cell in your body eavesdrops on your mind and thoughts. The message you tell yourself has a direct effect on your behavior. Our beliefs and values control everything.
Most of us keep trying to improve our weaknesses but tend to ignore our strengths. Stop looking at the flaws! The world around you is a reflection, a mirror of who you are. Show your best face to the mirror, and you will be happy with the face reflecting back: you are who you’ve been looking for.
When we feel stuck, we tend to repeat specific patterns of behavior that helped us in the past. Those old patterns may be the ones that had been causing you to feel stuck now. You can’t move forward when you keep applying the old formula to a new level in your life. By changing your perspective, you change your life.
The key to your success lies in your particular manner of thinking. Be kind to your future self, and stop shrinking yourself to fit into places you’ve outgrown. It’s never too late to begin again…If not now, when?
